ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way! Most orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours of the order date.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES:
Once an order is shipped, most orders are delivered within 4 to 6 business days if economy shipping is selected at checkout. If items are needed by a specific date, please select the appropriate shipping speed at the time of checkout. For example, an order place with 1-2 day shipping will have an estimated delivery of 2-3 business days, including order processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, we only ship to the United States and outlying territories. Shipping fees calculated based on shipping speed selected at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please visit the self service return portal.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wellington-hill.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
